Buddy's Carpet Care History
Buddy's Carpet Care was opened in 1987. Buddy McClelland envisioned beginning a company that would be uniquely different form the typical carpet cleaning company. One that focused on such a superior job, that client referrals would fuel its growth. Telephone solicitations were never allowed. Buddy educated his clients on correct methods to vacuum, spot and maintain their carpet, rugs and upholstery to extend the cleaning time and the life of the textiles.
Buddy also focused on honesty and integrity, never engaging in some techniques (such as bait and switch) used frequently by many other cleaners. Buddy considered his reputation and his company's reputation to parallel. The main focus was to present such an impeccable service that his reputation was never tarnished.
In 2002, Tuft Aide Inc. joined Buddy's Carpet Care. Tuft Aide Inc. specializes in Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying. Tuft Aide has partnered with the Xtreme Team and Hydro-Lab out of Indianapolis since 2004, to obtain industry leading; equipment, specialty drying techniques and education. We use all of our experience and skills to provide our clients with the most outstanding service experience possible. Our goal is to save our clients time and money, and leave them with a safe, healthy environment.
